Change Management Triage for ErP Implementation
For a Global Medical Device Manufacturer, brought in to triage an ERP implementation at risk of failure due to lack of Change Management Resources. In three months, developed a change management strategy, ensured training was job-specific and delivered on time, created a daily communication plan, and coached Executive Sponsors. COVID was a significant factor that we had to consider given that the workforce could not work remotely and the customers for their devices could not wait for delayed shipments (heart catheters were a significant portion of their output).

Worked in tandem with a software vendor and the Commissioners of the TN State Division of Safety and Homeland Security to create a change management strategy supporting the implementation of a $30MM state driver license system to replace the 30-year-old mainframe system. The sponsorship and visibility of the Commissioners of the division was the single biggest success factor for the project. The effort resulted in citizen wait times for renewals decreasing by from an average 2 hour wait time in a DMV to 10 minutes via web.
